At DJ TechTools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most hardware and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original packaging with all software licenses unregistered to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we recommend keeping your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and software status, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
